Are you a talented content creator? Are you nice with making TikTok videos, and IG Reels? Are you passionate about the sneaker culture, attending sneaker events, and chasing down the latest new pair?

 

If so, you’re the perfect candidate for this part-time Content Creator role at Tradeblock!

 

Tradeblock is the #1 Sneaker Trading Platform and Community. We are looking for a Content Creator that understands sneaker culture and trends who can help us create engaging content for our TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and other relevant channels.

Responsibilities

  • Create daily content for our social media accounts, with an emphasis on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Twitter to grow our audiences

  • Be one of the faces of our company on TikTok to promote and highlight trending/relevant topics for brand awareness, follower growth, and app installs

  • Create one TikTok video per day

  • Create memes to coincide with weekly sneaker drops

  • Curate content from other relevant accounts and reshare them

  • Support the social media team in developing a social strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy.

  • Engage with followers and monitor conversations from the brand’s voice

  • Identify and communicate with up-and-coming influencers and creators

  • Keep your pulse on the latest TikTok and emerging platform trends, and propose ideas on how we can show up on these platforms

  • Work together with the social team to understand performance and growth metrics in order to adjust creative for optimizing posts

  • Participate in brainstorming and content ideation

  • Be self-sufficient producing your own content

 

Qualifications

  • Passion for everything in the sneaker community, culture, and trends

  • Creative, innovative personality that is always thinking outside the box

  • History of creating content that performed well and drove attention whether for yourself or organization

  • Knowledgeable about how to film, edit and use TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Youtube

  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)

  • Experience as a content creator, with knowledge of what performs well and what doesn’t on the hottest platforms

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Video Production, Marketing, Communications or similar major

  • Passion for sneakers or a sneakerhead
