For the past few years, early August has been reserved for the highly anticipated Yeezy restocks. What has now been dubbed “Yeezy Day” is a day (or two) of seeing what restocks happen and trying to cop classic Yeezy silhouettes that people missed out on. Some restocks we have seen in the past include the “Semifrozen” 350’s, “Waverunner” 700’s, and “Zebra” 350’s.
This year’s Yeezy Day is expected to release upwards of 30 previous and new Yeezy shoes from 350’s to 700’s, to slides in full family sizing. One of the most anticipated returns is the original “Turtledove” Yeezy 350. This shoe was the first in the Yeezy line and helped drive the Yeezy mania we see today. The original 2015 release currently sells for upwards of $1,000 for a new pair on popular secondary marketplaces and the potential to grab a 2022 pair for the retail price of $200 will certainly drive people to Adidas and Yeezy Supply.
